Sr. Lead Instrument & Control System Designer

Thirty years experience in the petro-chemical, offshore and power station industry as an (Lead) Instrument and control system designer / design engineer.
My strengths are mainly on the diagrammatic side of projects, working on the design of control and safe guarding systems in control building rack rooms with all relevant cabinets such as: system-, marshalling-, auxiliary-, tank gauging-, vibration-, fibre patch cabinets, consoles and mimic panels.
Design of all field instruments such as: instrument location- and cable lay-outs, hook-ups, air piping details, cable lists, instrument index, block diagrams, loop sheets etc.
Preparing of requisitions, factory acceptance tests by vendors, supervising and commissioning on site.
