All-round technical manager for heavy industries like capital equipment manufacturing-, construction-, off-shore and oil & gas industry.

Total project responsibility for more then 20 years and up to 50 million dollars.
From bid stage up to turn-key handover to client.
Worked on jobsites in Europe, Russia, India, the Middle East and Far East.
Currently active in project management, contract management, cost control, engineering, production and logistics.
Experienced in client- and contract communication, acquisition, costing & bid compilations, procurement, product development, project- and site management, claim handling & QA.
Originally (1980) employed as an equipment designer for a machine shop.
Evolved into an all-round technical manager through small scale and large scale heavy industry engineering projects and EPC contracts.

Specialties: Most projects were new, innovative, or one-off, among which,
• Intelligent gantry cranes & fully automated foundry equipment.
• Floating self propelled ship unloading systems (bulk materials).
• Nuclear powerplant equipment (ITER Cryo Vacuumpumps).
• Heavy (key-) equipment for off-shore Floating Production vessels, FPSO's.
However also included:
• Organizational restructuring.
• Procedure development (QA & Safety).
• Development of management information systems.
